Lapworth Parish Council has commissioned a housing needs survey to identify what is needed in the village. The results have been published and you can read them using the links to the left.
The summary extracted from the survey is:
Approximately 760 Housing Needs Survey forms were distributed and 270
forms were returned. This equates to a response rate of 36%, a rate
considered to be good for a survey of this type.
Six respondents expressed a need for alternative housing.
