This is just a sample of the excellent scarecrows that were made for the
Lapworth Scarecrow Festival. There is also a
slide show of these pictures. The fisherman, the cricketer and the flower girl
were voted first, second and third. But all the entries were really good
and this is just a random selection of them. Several of them seemed rather lifelike! Also
the police seem to have got their man. You can enlarge these thumbnail pictures
